"As The Blade Falls"
Music video for my brother's Progressive Metal-Rock band Scarlet Hollow... Originally began as a college project - it eventually grew into what you see here. I don't claim to be a prolific artist or Photoshop guru or animator... I create what I envision the best that I can. Most of my work is in the form of photomanipulation using stock and references to draw from, painted in Painter and then as in this case, animated in After Effects.
Experimental Animation
Was to be an excerpt scene from my online graphic novella, but life had other ideas and this vision. This was merely at the WIP early stages with 'stock-art players' within who are just placeholders. Just toying around with some motion and other effects... Music added just to emphasize.
